This Gallery contains only a very small fraction (about 1%) of the photos I captured during the Livermore NW2, March 2014, Trial.
Because of the very large number of photos I capture during each trial day (about 2,000 photos per day), I can only publish all the photos from a given trial for a limited period of time. This is due to space constraints. So, all the photos from a given trial remain on my website for about 1 to 2 months after a trial is complete and are then deleted.
I then compile one gallery which contains my personal favorite photos from the trail, and that gallery remains on my site indefinitely. So, that is what you see here.

This is a scene I stumbled across on my way to photographing the Umauma Falls on the Big Island of Hawaii. This spot was off the Hamakua Coast, just north of Honomu town. You have to wonder what happened to the driver of this vehicle..... I thought it was a great example of how the jungle would quickly reclaim everything if you let it. And if you're ever running around in the jungle on this side of the island, I highly recommend applying an entire can of bug repellant before exiting your vehicle - I didn't and consequently got swarmed and mauled by mosquitoes. Unpleasant. Very. Posted 22 September 2010. You can see a collection of all my Hawaii photos by going to http://www.colleenmgriffith.com/Galleries/Travel-Destinations/Hawaii
